PURPOSE:To obtain a microwave plane antenna with excellent characteristic by applying patterning to a flat plate made of a resin including 50-70vol% of hollow spheres with a prescribed diameter and having <=0.2% of warping rate. CONSTITUTION:Hollow spheres having 10-200mum in diameter are used. Either a thermosetting or a thermoplastic resin is used. The ratio of the resin to the hollow spheres in the volume % of the latter should be >=50-<=70%. The performance is degraded at the outside of the said range. Further, the warping rate of the flat plate subject to patterning should be <=0.2% from the standpoint of etching process. This is attained by laminating two falt plates obtained by the mixture of the resin and hollow spheres in opposite direction to each other or curing the mixture while keeping it in perpendicular state. A microwave plane antenna is obtained through the conditions above. |
