PURPOSE:To make a two-step call operation unnecessary and to prevent one from being conscious of the gap of a storing network of a communicating terminal by allotting the number to other communicating network storing terminal based upon an in-exchange network number system. CONSTITUTION:When a call is started from a communicating terminal 3 stored in a line exchange 1 to a communicating terminal 4 stored in other communicating network 2, a call signal is sent to a control device 10, and then, a call channel between the communicating terminal 3 and a register 14 is set and the number of the communicating terminal 4 is sent as a selecting number. Then, it is decided whether or not an address terminal 4 is a terminal stored in the line exchange 1. When the terminal is stored in the communicating network 2, it is converted to the number based upon the number system in the communicating network 2, sent to an inter-network connecting device 12 and the communication between both terminals can be executed. When it is confirmed that the address terminal is a terminal stored in the line exchange 1, the control device 10 sets a communicating channel of terminals 3 and 5 in a call switch 13.
