PURPOSE:To enable wires to be jointed without forming a bridge with auxiliary substance or the like, by a method wherein a jumper wire connecting a commutator to an armature is jointed to wires getting out of phase together by one piece. CONSTITUTION:Straight wires in a given quantity are arranged side by side in parallel, and a plurality of the blocks are arranged side by side in a cylindrical shape to organize the first cylinder 10 and the second cylinder 20. The both end sections of the both cylinders are directed to the axis, and at the intermediate sections, one of the cylinders is twisted at the angle of 180 deg. and the other cylinder is twisted in the opposite direction at the angle of 180 deg. + or -one piece wire thickness. At the one end of the both cylinders, the wires of the both cylinders are heaped up together block by block in the radial direction of the cylinders, and at the other end of the cylinders, the wires are arranged getting out of phase together by one piece. The boundary faces between wires in phase are jointed together by laser. On wires getting out of phase together, smaller slots 41 provided for a sheet jumper wire 40 connected to a commutator are heaped up, and the wires are jointed together by applying laser to the small slots 41. |
