PURPOSE:To arbitrarily set the rotating speed of a motor in a low speed state by controlling ON or OFF the relay of a monitor by a pulse waveform to obtain a low speed state, thereby reducing the number of the relays. CONSTITUTION:A battery B, a relay 1 and a motor 2 are connected in series. The relay 1 is controlled by an exciting coil 3. When an input signal e=0, a current is continuously flowed to the coil 3, the relay 1 is closed, and the motor 2 is continuously rotated. When the input signal e=1 and f=1, a pulse oscillator 6 generates the pulse of the predetermined duty. A current is flowed to the coil 3 in a pulsating manner, the relay 1 repeats ON and OFF according to the pulse waveform, and the motor 2 is rotated at a low speed substantially equal to the duty of the pulse. |
