<p>PURPOSE:To effectively decide the degree of a defect occurred in various devices placed in a train by performing the prescribed testing operations such as occupant's retrial for the defect or a malfunction occurred in the devices. CONSTITUTION:A signal input unit 1 which receives information from various devices placed in a train, an information processor 2 which receives a signal from the unit 1 and processed as prescribed, and a display unit 4 which receives a signal from the procdssor 2 through a display controller 3 and displays as prescribed are provided. If a defect such as no brake release during traveling of the train occurs, an operation for displaying the defect is executed, and if the defect is within the second times, an operation for displaying the test instruction is performed. Then, whether the no brake release defect is recovered or not is decided when the brake is operated by an occupant. Whether the brake is returned to the normal operation or not is decided within the prescribed number of times. In case of YES, the instruction for continuing the operation is delivered, whilein case of NO, a brake release or warehouse entrance instruction is performed.</p> |
