Cheese net shaped to fit cheese pressing mould - has solid e.g. polyethylene rim with at least three upward projections as centralising spacers

The shaped cheese net is intended for placing in a cheese mould and is provided with a solid, e.g. pressed polythene, rim. The upper face of this rim is provided with at least three circumferentially spaced projections which act as spacers between nestingly stacked nets and at the same time centralise these nets relative to one another. The projections may be secured by screws. A mechanism to place individual nets in successive cheese moulds is specified and illustrated.
