PURPOSE:To reduce the number of industrial man-hour preventing forged burr from being generated, by terminating a chamfered portion on the way to a bent section from the tip of a click piece when a rotor core is forged. CONSTITUTION:A chamfered portion 7 by the outer peripheral face 6 of a click piece 3 is terminated on the way to a bent section 8 from the tip of the click piece 3. The section 15 terminating the chamfered portion 7 is of smooth bending face in a shape for the chamfered portion 7 to escape on the outer periphery, and the length l is made larger than 1/2 of the full length L of the click piece 3. The metallic mold forging this rotor core is arranged so that the chamfered portion 7 cannot be formed on the bent section 8, and the volumet ric content of the chamfered portion 7 material pushed aside by being pressed by a lower mold 12' flows into a space 13 in the metallic mold. Then, a side section 14 not to be chamfered by the lower mold 12' exists between the chamfered portion 7 and the space 13, and forged burr due to material pushed a side at the chamfered portion 7 and projected into the space 13 directly is not generated. |
