PURPOSE:To obtain a Cu alloy for the titled fins maintaining the heat radiating property and having superior corrosion resistance by adding specified percentages of Mg and one or more among Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Hf and V to Cu. CONSTITUTION:A Cu alloy consisting of 0.01-1.0wt% Mg, 0.003-0.5wt% one or more among Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Hf and V, and the balance Cu or further contg. 0.1-3.0wt% Zn is manufactured. The Cu alloy has high workability, superior corrosion resistance and heat conductivity, so it is suitable for use as a material for the fins of a heat exchanger for an automobile.
