PURPOSE:To immobilize an enzyme without deactivating it, and to obtain the titled particles having high reactivity to a substrate simply, by dissolving the enzyme in an aqueous solution of a specific water-soluble photo-setting resin, dispersing the aqueous solution into a n aqueous medium in a hydrophobic medium, and crosslinking the aqueous solution with light rays in this state. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, an enzyme is dissolved in an aqueous solution of a polyvinyl alcohol containing stilbazolium group. Then, the aqueous solution is finely dispersed into a hydrophobic medium(e.g., silicone oil, etc.), irradiated with active light rays in this state, so the polyvinyl alcohol containing stilbazolium group is crosslinked with light rays, to give the aimed particles.
