PURPOSE:To reduce the out-band reflection without decreasing the Q and combined efficiency of a resonator by providing a band stop filter and a dummy resistor being short-circuited at the resonance frequency of a cavity resonator. CONSTITUTION:Open stubs 9a-9d of 1/4 wavelength are provided to a part where strip lines 3a-3d to which an output from an amplifier is applied pass by the cavity resonator 6. Further, dummy resistors 10a-10d are provided at a position of 1/4 wavelength are provided from the tip of the open stubs 9a-9d. Thus, the dummy resistors 10a-10d are provided to a position of 1/4 wavelength from the tip of the open stubs 9a-9d. Thus, the strip line forms the coupling loop near the resonance frequency and couples with the resonator 6, and the vicinity of the wall face of the resonator 6 is in short-circuit state. Thus, the Q and combined efficiency of the resonator are not lowered. Since the dummy resistor is connected in other frequencies, the reflection at out-band is reduced remarkably. |
