PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of the retrieval of a seal impression by retrieving a seal impression in reponse to an account number of the count transaction service and therefore carrying out both the count job and the collation of seal impressions all at once with input of the account number. CONSTITUTION:The transaction data supplied through window parts 131, 132... are informed to a host 10 via a terminal controller 12. The controller 12 discriminates the types of transactions from those input data and decides the necessity of collation of seal impressions through window devices 141, 142.... If the transactions requested from the devices 141, 142... are equal to the cancellation and payment of a fixed deposit, the controller 12 extracts an account number out of the transaction data and sends it to a seal print file controller 15. The controller 15 refers to the received account number to read out the corresponding seal print out of a seal print file 16 and sends a prescribed code to the CRT retrieving machines 171, 172... respectively for display. Thus the desired seal impression is retrieved. |
