PURPOSE:To improve the dimensional accuracy of the outer shape of a magnetic york by dividing the magnetic york into several equal parts each consisting of a molded core at thick areas so that the contact surface between adjacent ones of said parts becomes large. CONSTITUTION:One the inner surface of the cylindrical section 2 of a magnetic york 1 used as a deflection york, grooves 3 extending along the axial direction are formed at equal intervals. Each projection 4 protruding inwardly from the inner surface of the cylindrical section is formed between adjacent grooves 3. The magnetic york 1 is divided into four equal parts 1A-1D at the centers of four projections 4. therefore, the parts 1A-1D have the same shape and the contact surface between adjacent ones of the parts 1A-1D has an adequate size. The magnetic york 1 is made by subjecting an original material for the molded cores to injection molding using molds having the same shapes as the outer shapes of the parts 1A-1D. |
