PURPOSE:To contrive prevention of a crack at the time of cure, by casting a molding material within a cavity after cure or semi-cure of gel coating resin applied to the inside of the cavity. CONSTITUTION:As for a molding material, an article having Siebel's viscosity of 1-150 poise at the temperature of 25 deg.C, quick-curing properties whose volume change through curing is less than 3% and curing period of time does not exceed 15min and storage stability at a room temperature is used under a state wherein the article is heated up to 70-130 deg.C. As gel coating resin whose viscosity is more than 30 poises, degree of thiscotropy is more than 5, and content of ultra- particulate silica anhydride is 2-6.5wt% is added within a range of not exceeding content of 25wt% of fine fibrous substance, an improvement in characteristics of the viscosity of the resin, prevention of a crack at the time of cure and an improvement in various physical properties after cure are performed. In addition to the above, 2-20kg/cm<2> (as gauge pressure) is sufficient for injection pressure and secondary pressure.
