PURPOSE:To contrive curtailment of a period of time and an improvement in efficiency of a device itself, by providing the titled machine with a data memory device and a device correcting a target extrusion rate of resin when a data arrives at predetermined abnormal terms. CONSTITUTION:A primary data corresponding to an operation state of a control object (a), for example, a resin temperature, resin pressure, torque, a current and a secondary data which is obtained by performing operational treatment of the primary data according to a procedure determined beforehand, fore example, respective activities are stored in a data storage device (g), and a control device (d) controls extrudably the operation of the control object (a) through a target extrusion rate (c) of resin to be obtained through contents of the storage device (g). As for the extrusion rate (c), it is established by adding a predetermined rate every constant period of time by making the extrusion rate established beforehand into the final target. A heating device (b) is made to heat respective parts of a molding machine until they arrive at the temperature established beforehand. On the one hand, if the second data arrives at abnormal terms established beforehand a correction device (h) corrects the target extrusion rate of the resin so that the abnormal state is not kept on. |
