PURPOSE:To contrive production of a product whose commodity value is high, by performing air-pressure or vacuum molding by making a top force approach to a bottom force on which resin plastic sheet is put and fixed. CONSTITUTION:A resin plastic sheet 7 heated and softened is positioned and put on a bottom force 1 and the same is fixed by pinching the circumferential fringe. Then the sheet 7 is pressed from the upper part by supplying compressed air through a supply hole 6 after a top force 4 has been made to approach to the bottom force 1, and the air on the undersurface of the sheet 7 is exhausted by a pump through a suction hole 3. An elastic member 5 provided on the top force 4 presses elastically a part of a stitched pattern 2 engraved on the bottom force 1, and as for a part wherein the sheet 7 is bonded to the pattern 2 through pressure, molding pressure is increased through pressure to be obtained in addition to pressure of compressed air from the upper part and suction force from the lower part. The stitch pattern, therefore, can be patterned clearly on the sheet 7.
