PURPOSE:To attain effectively the registering of an image or the image processing for confirmation by providing a common inputting means to read the image data in plural storing parts that store the image data and a means to compare the read out data. CONSTITUTION:An optical disc A4 and an optical-magnetic disc B7 are provided, both being image files in which writing and reading out of a great amount of image information are available. After the plural pages of image information are written in the optical discs of the image files A and B, the operator inputs an image-file-input-confirming direction key (d) by a keyboard 31. Then, the image information just registered is written, every line of image, in the buffers 72 and 73 on a RAM34 from the discs of the image files A and B via respectively the optical disc interfaces 39 and 38, and compared with the correspondent word units ( 8 or 16 bits) in the buffers A and B. Such a process is repeated for all the lines and the pages.
