PURPOSE:To always keep the contents of the latest replacement file by saving the contents of the replacement file designated by the jog control language to a corresponding storage file when a service processing job is over. CONSTITUTION:A file saving system contains a corresponding information file 5 which stores the correspondence between a storage file 4 and a replacement file 2. A file saving control part 6 saves the contents of the file 2 designated by a job control language to the corresponding file 4 based on the file 5 when a service processing job is over.
