PURPOSE:To easily attain the integration or miniaturization of head by making the area of an ink pressurizing chamber smaller by a method in which a vibration transmitter bar to transmit the vibration of a vibrating unit to an elastic material is molded integrally with the elastic material and set to the wall of an ink pressurizing chamber. CONSTITUTION:A vibration transmitter bar 4 and an elastic material 5 are integrally molded to form an elastic material 10 with vibration transmitter bar. The elastic material 10 is bonded to the upper plate of a head. For this reason, the Young's modulus of the elastic material becomes smaller than metals, and the liquid chamber can be made smaller. The drive voltage can also be reduced. |
