PURPOSE:To prevent the operating mistakes by displaying the supplementary explanations like the operating contents, etc. in characters for a fixed period of time in an operation input mode using a key input. CONSTITUTION:In a normal mode the time is displayed at the center of a display screen by a display means 3. While the locking state of an electrick lock 13, a the operating state of a video camera 11 which receives the manual ON/ OFF control, etc. are displayed at the peripheral parts of the screen in the pictorial symbols. Furthermore a supplementary explanation display means is provided for the benefit of an amateur operator. This display means displays the supplementary explanations to the means 3 in characters for a fixed period of time in an input mode using operating keys 2.
