PURPOSE:To automate caulking works for the caulked section of hinge of the metallic frame of seal cases, by setting jigs at every prescribed angle interval on a turntable and, at the same time, interlocking a positioning device equipped with a touch sensor, welding device, metallic frame collecting device, etc., with the rotation of the turntable. CONSTITUTION:Six pieces of jigs A, each of which is equipped with a pair of female and male metallic molds, are set on a turntable I at regular angle intervals of 60 deg.. A slide bar pushing lever 20, driving device 19, and positioning device B equipped with a touch sensor 16 are provided at locations close to the turntable I. In addition, a welding device C which can be moved freely in the vertical direction, clamp lever releasing bracket E, metallic frame taking- out device F, metallic frame collecting device G, and slide bar releasing device H are successively provided after the device B. When this mechanism is used, caulked sections of metallic frames can be caulked automatically at every time when metallic frames are put in the jigs A and an operation button is pushed.
