PURPOSE:To suppress the temperature increase of a deflection york so as to improve its reliability by preparing the deflecting coil from a wire with a color having higher emissivity than copper color. CONSTITUTION:At least one of a horizontally deflecting coil 10 and a vertically deflecting coil 11 consists of a wire with a color having higher emissivity than copper color. A coil wire 14 used to prepare the horizontally deflecting coil 10 and the vertically deflecting coil 11 is made gray or black by, for example, coating a central copper wire 16 consisting of a conventional copper wire with an insulating layer 15B which is gray or black differently from a transparent insulating layer for a conventional coil wire. The coil wire 14 may be applied to either both or one of the coils 11 and 12. |
