PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous exposure of film reliably by providing an electric unlock means for prohibiting unlock when a light shield cover is at open posi tion and manual unlock means against means for locking a cassette to specific position of machine. CONSTITUTION:The cassette 1 in laser beam printer is comprised of a bottom box 2, an upper cover 3, a light shielding cover 4 and a push-up bottom 6 where the light shielding cover 4 is provided to open/close the opening 3a of upper cover 3. Said cover 4 is opened for every printing operation through function of open/close driving means 50 to take out the sheet S one by one through a sucker when the opening 3a is opened. Said cassette 1 is locked through locking means 30 upon insertion into predetermined position in the body. Here, electric unlock means 36 for unlocking the locking means 30 under open condi tion of the light shielding cover 4 and manual unlocking means 40 are provided. |
