PURPOSE:To prevent dust explosion inside a tank from occurring in time of discharge starting, by joining the other end of an interconnecting pipe, whose one end is interconnected to a powdery granule tank, together with a discahrge pipe of the tank. CONSTITUTION:A exhaust pipe 21 of an engine 19 is interconnected to the upper pat of a powdery granule tank 7. In this exhaust pipe 21 and a feed pipe 23, there are provided with each of on-off valves 25 and 27, selecting exhaust gas tot he feed pipe 23. When the on-off valve 25 is closed and the on-off valve 27 is opend instead, the exhaust gas or inert gas passes through the feed pipe 23 and enters the inside the tank 7 and pressurized. When both on-off valves 59 and 61 are opened granules inside the tank 7 are mixed in with the inert gas and discharged out of the discharge pipe 17. |
