Guiding grip comprising a locking jaw C, at one end of a guiding bar B, and an opposite movable jaw S, carried in a sliding fashion on the guiding bar, in order to allow the clamping of a part by the jaws. The guiding bar is a flat element with U-shaped cross-section, open at its lower face which is in contact with the surface of the part. The jaws, which project under this lower face, are in contact with the opposite sides of the part. The movable jaw may be moved and locked in the cavity of the bar, in a contact position of the jaw. The locking jaw C may be moved in the cavity, by a short distance, by the action of a lever L in order to lock the grip on the part. Thus mounted and locked on a part, the guiding grip may be used as a clamping member, drawing guide or tool guide. Suitable guiding means for holding and guiding tools, jigs and similar devices may be provided on the bar. <IMAGE>
