PURPOSE:To aim at enhancing the separating capability of oil mist, by providing a blow-by gas curved passage for swirling blow-by gas from a vehicle engine and by forming a projection for creating an oil layer on the inner wall surface of the curved passage. CONSTITUTION:Blow-by gas curved passages 10, 11 swirl blow-by gas containing therein oil mist, and a boundary layer stream is generated along the inner wall 1a of each curved passage 10, 11. This inner wall surface 1c is formed thereon with curved plate-like (ring-like) several projections 5, and an oil layer on which oil mist adheres is crated on the inner wall surface 1c. With this arrangement it is possible to enhance the separating capability of oil mist in blow-by gas. |
