PURPOSE:To provide a casing structure of a high frequency heating unit having a heating chamber of a large capacity with respect to the outer contor dimension of the device and capable of lightening the weight and having no problem regarding the coating method, by forming a heating chamber and an outer block surface into a single layer,and forming the lower pat of a metal partitioning plate into a high-frequency wave generator and an electric chamber accommodating therein electric and mechanical pats for controlling. CONSTITUTION:A drum plate 1 has an approximately square shape, and the outer contors of a front plate 2 and a back plate 3 are substantially equal to the section of the drum plate 1. The front plate 2 is provided with an opening 6 which a material to be heated enters or leaves, and a door 7 which is freely opened or closed is fitted to the front plate 2 so that it covers the opening 6. The back plate 3 is provided with fine holes 8 and 9 for suction and a fine hole 10 for exhaustion, and a duct 11 is fitted so as to cover these holes. A magnetron 12 is mounted at the center of the partitioning plate 4, and an antenna 13 thereof penetrates through the partitioning plate 4 to the heating chamber side. A flat plate 5 is provided at the upper part of the material of a low dielectric constant and is used at a table on which is directly mounted the material to be heated. Other electric parts are accommodated in the electric chamber at the lower part of the partitioning plate 4. |
