PURPOSE:To obtain trim cut products without bluffing or fraying at the end of skin material, by a method wherein skin material is heat cut by a heating element at the same time with a press molding. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of the titled product, skin material 8 such as bonded fabric and cloth etc. mixed with thermoplastic fibers is laminated on a core material 7 such as compounded resin (polypropylene resin containing wood flour) which is heated and softened. This is placed on a bottom force 1 and an upper mold 2 is engaged and pressure to the bottom force 1, and the core material 7 is molded to the needed molding product shape as well as skin material 8 is heat deposited on its surface. At the same time, the core material 7 is cut by a cutting blade 3 as well as skin material 8 is made contact to the heating element by the blade 3, and the outside circumferential surplus part (A part) of the skin material 8 is heat cut. |
