PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of confirming operation by connecting a transmitter which transmits a wave of audio frequency to a specific circuit in a telephone machine room, connecting a receiver to a corresponding terminal, and confirming whether the terminal is connected normally or not from its dial tone. CONSTITUTION:The transmitter 1 which transmits the wave of audio frequency, a disk 5 in which metallic pieces 6a, 6b1, 6b2, and 6c1-6c3 are buried, and a motor 2 equipped with brushes 3 and 4, etc., are provided. Then, one output terminal of the transmitter 1 is connected to the motor through the brush 3; and the metallic piece 6a is connected one terminal of a plug 7a, the metallic pieces 6b1 and 6b2 are connected to one terminal of a plug 7b, and the metallic pieces 6c1-6c3 are connected to one terminal of a plug 7c. For example, when circuits corresponding to numbers 101, 102, and 103 are not used and those three circuits are lead in the chamber 12a, the transmitter 1 and motor 2 are turned on, and then the brush 4 rotates, so that the plugs 7a-7c generate different dial tones according to the number of metallic pieces 6a, etc. Consequently, connections of circuits are confirmed securely.
