PURPOSE:To obtain a coated film having excellent smoothness and vivid reflection by painting a solid color, and painting a clear coat thereon while the coated film is still wet. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting acryl-melamine resin is painted on a wet-on-wet basis on a solid-colored coated film consisting of a thermosetting alkyd-melamine resin. Consequently, the solid color-finished coated film having excellent smoothness and vivid reflection can be obtained with two-coats and one-bake.
