PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a measuring device by providing a line display device, selection keys for selecting displayed words, and keys for numeral setting, and generating a program for an optional measurement pattern while setting measurement parameters. CONSTITUTION:An operation consists of a microcomputer 10, a ROM13 stored with a program, a RAM14 stored with measured values, etc., temporarily, a keyboard 19 equipped with a ten-key and the selection keys, a liquid-crystal display monitor 20, etc. Then, the program stored ion the ROM13 is executed by the microcomputer 10 and various measurement parameters are selected optionally on such an interactive basis that a measurement program is selected over a look at the display on the display monitor 20, thereby generating a program freely. Further, the measurement program while stored in a nonvolatile program is read out when necessary to measure a polarization curve and also correct the measurement program, step by step. |
