摘要 <p>The derivatives have the formula I <IMAGE> in which the hexose moiety is derived from D-glucose, D-mannose or D-galactose, n is 0 or 1, and R<1> is lower alkanoyl or benzoyl, R<2> is lower alkyl or phenyl, R<3>, R<5> and R<7> are, independently of one another, hydrogen or lower alkyl, or R<5> and R<8> together are trimethylene and R<7> is hydrogen, R<4> and R<6> are, independently of one another, hydrogen, lower alkanoyl or benzoyl, R<8> is hydrogen or unsubstituted or phenyl-, hydroxyl-, mercapto- or lower alkylthio-substituted lower alkyl, R<9> and R<12> are, independently of one another, hydroxyl, amino or lower alkoxy, R<10> is hydrogen, carboxyl or lower alkoxycarbonyl and R<11> is hydrogen or unsubstituted or amino-, lower alkanoylamino-, hydroxyl-, guanidino-, lower alkanoyloxy-, 2-benzyloxycarbonylamino- ethylsulphinyl-, 2-benzyloxycarbonylaminoethylsulphonyl-, 2-lower- alkoxycarbonylaminoethylsulphinyl- or 2-lower-alkoxycarbonylamino- ethylsulphonyl-substituted lower alkyl, with the proviso that in the compounds in which the pyranose moiety is derived from D-glucose and, at the same time, n is 0, R<5>, R<7> and R<10> are hydrogen, R<8> is methyl, R<9> is amino and R<12> is hydroxyl, and in which the radicals R<1>, R<4> and R<6> all have the same meaning, R<1>, R<4> and R<6> are different from acetyl and butyryl when R<2> is phenyl and, at the same time, R<3> is hydrogen, and that R<1>, R<4> and R<6> are different from acetyl when R<2> and R<3> are both methyl, and these compounds and salts thereof where appropriate have an antiviral action in vivo.</p>
