The invention relates to a method for producing a construction block, especially from elements made of conventional materials. It is characterised in that, in a framework 23 of dimensions corresponding to the block to be obtained and comprising a bottom wall 33 and lateral walls 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d, there is arranged, at least on one of the walls, means 31 which determine both the number and the arrangement of elements which are engaged thereafter in these means 31 in order to form the spaces in which, under the control of a closing means for at least some of the spaces likely to cause leaks, the binder is poured, after the solidification of which the block is removed from the mould.
