PURPOSE:To realize uniform working and shorten working time by performing burr removing automatically by a guide roller guiding a cutting tool which is rotatably driving along a peripheral edge of a work and a balancer opposing swivel and horizontal movement of a main shaft of the guide roller and vertical movement of a retaining table. CONSTITUTION:A drive device 10 is started and an end edge of a work is cut until a roller comes to the same level of a vertical roller by a tool 12. Next a Y-axis drive device 56 is driven and a reversible speed control motor with electromagnetic brake is also driven according to the necessity, and the cutting tool 12 moves after the shape of the outside face and upper end face of the work by its dead weight adjusted by a horizontal roller and a weight 40, the vertical roller and a balancer, and by a balance weight 32 mounted on a main shaft 18 to cut burr of the work 14. Thus, after the work 14 is placed on a work receiving table 64, burr removing process is automatically made according to the program set, then uniformity of work and efficiency can largely be improved unlike man-power operation. |
