PURPOSE:To prevent thin spot flaws are formed on the surface of an extrusion forming product, by a method wherein gaps for leaking are formed between a surface material runner and leak runners. CONSTITUTION:The surface material runner 4 is provided at the side wall part of a main cavity 2 for extrusion forming the extrusion forming product 1 for forming the surface material 3 on the surface of the extrusion forming product 1, and leak runners 5 are provided adjacent to the surface material runner 4, and the gaps 6 for leaking are formed between the surface material runner 4 and the leak runners 5. Since resin of the surface material 3 which is overflowed from the surface material runner 4, is discharged from the leak runner 5, resin is not overflowed from the determined boundary at the surface of the extrusion forming product 1, and the thin spot flaws are not generated on the surface of the extrusion forming product 1. |
