PURPOSE:To assure high speed assembly of parts by moving a working unit movably disposed on the tip end of a rocking arm via a cam member slidably carried on the arm in synchronization with driving of a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 1a supported on a base 1 and a rocking arm 2 connected with the rotary shaft 19 are provided. In addition, a cam member 9 provided on the rotary shaft 1a and fixed on the base 1, and a cam follower 1' 3 carried linearly sildably on the arm in its state energized in a direction of making contact with a cam surface 9a of the cam member 9 are provided. Moreover, a working unit such as a chuck member C2, etc., is provided, which is movably carried on the tip end of the arm 2 and coupled with the cam follower 13 via transmission member such as a fixed rack 16 and a movable rack 17, etc. Accordingly, rotation of an output side rotary shaft and operation timing of the rocking unit can be synchronized with each other by making use of the cam mechanism. |
