PURPOSE:To prevent vibration by starting operation after setting the set value of the shut-off pressure of a discharge part which is obtained by the revolution of a runner blow the hydrostatic pressure on the downstream side of a guide vane. CONSTITUTION:A differential pressure gauge 7 detects the pressure difference between the shut-off pressure of a pump water wheel and the pressure on the downstream side of a guide vane and sets the shut-off pressure so as to be below the hydrostatic pressure on the downstream side of the guide vane. Therefore, the self-excited vibration of the guide vane can be prevented by detecting the differential pressure DELTAP between the hydrostatic pressure and the shut-off pressure by the differential pressure gauge 7 and opening the guide vane. The value is approximately shut-off pressure <= hydrostatic pressure X 0.98-0.90. |
