PURPOSE:To prevent a drive pin from being shaky in the direction of rotation by arranging a drive pin on a projection which is formed on an inputting mem ber in the radial direction, in parallel with a shaft axis of the inputting member allowing the tip of the pin to be inserted into an engaging hole formed on a valve plate. CONSTITUTION:A drive pin 13b is allowed to be arranged on a projection which is formed to the radial direction, on a stub shaft 13 based on both end surfaces 13c and 13c and its circumferentially outer surface 13d. Accordingly, when the drive pin 13b is inserted in an engaging hole 18b which is made on a valve plate 18, this allows the pin to nest into firm engagement to the direction of rotation of the valve plate 18. What is formed in the valve plate 18 is the engaging hole 18b which is made at the place spaced with the stated distance from the center hole 18a, accordingly, this does not permit a needle bearing which composes a bearing 20, to fall into the engaging hole 18b while rotating. |
