PURPOSE:To perform gear shifting operation easily but accurately, by installing a bending mechanism, allowing flexion to motion in both directions, interposingly in a control lever system to be installed in a space ranging from a shift arm projectingly installed in an oscillating transmission case to a control lever. CONSTITUTION:A control lever system 27 consisting of a link mechanism 26 is constituted in a space ranging from a shift arm 22, which links up with a shifting gear or the like inside an oscillating transmission case 11 and is projected to the outside from the case 11 to a control lever 25. This control lever system 27 is constituted so as to achieve the specified function with each longitudinal motion. In addition, a sleeve 29 is locked to the case 11 as directed to both directions, and a shaft 30 is rotatably inserted into the sleeve 29. A pin 31 is tightly attached to the shaft 30, while a sleeve 32, to which the control lever 25 is tightly attached, is externally fitted in this pin free of rotation. A bending mechanism 34 is constituted of this pin 31 and the sleeve 32, and it allows flexion to motion toward both directions of the transmission case 11.
