The subject of the present invention is a packaging bag for liquids and a method and device for filling it. The bag is produced by welding films made of plastic material which are superimposed and a tubular inner section on their edges; extensions formed in the same film material are produced to form an inlet tube and an outlet tube; the inlet tube 6, the seals 8 and 9 are separated from the edges of the tube in order that wide edge strips 13 are formed which can be grasped manually in order to bring the inlet tube into the filling nozzle 1 which comprises a jacket 3 provided with slits 3a; the end of the inlet tube may be pushed between the nozzle 1 and the jacket 3 by bringing the edge strips 13 into the slits 3a; the inlet tube 6 is connected to the nozzle by inflating a flexible membrane under pressure, in such a way that the inlet tube is compressed between the membrane and the jacket.
