PURPOSE:To obtain a plaster from which the liner can be easily released, by dispersing the active component, etc., uniformly in a gel, applying the gel to a substrate, and forming protrusions free from the gel to the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 1 (e.g. woven rayon cloth, woven synthetic fiber cloth, etc.) having a definite shape is coated with a gel 2 containing uniformly dispersed active component, etc., and a liner is applied to the gel. The laminate is punched in a manner to leave the part 7 free from the gel as the protruded part 8. A plaster from which the liner can be easily released is produced by this process. The active component can be classified into a drug component (e.g. anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent, etc.) and a beautifying component (e.g. keratolytic agent, metabolism-promoting agent, etc.). The liner can be easily released from the plaster without trouble. |
