发明名称 METHOD FOR DETECTING HOLE DRILLING POSITION ON MULTI-LAYER PRINTING WIRING BOARD
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect hole drilling positions automatically by detecting hole mark positions with X-Y coordinate system information obtained from optical penetrating image of bare penetrated by light by spot facing from both sides of surface and back face of bar scale patterns formed on a periphery of an inner layer circuit board. CONSTITUTION:Bar scale patterns 8a, 8b provided with X-Y coordinate system information which become reference for determining coordinates of hole marks 1b, 1b, 1b are formed on two positions on a peripheral unit of a circuit pattern 1a having hole marks 1b of reference out of two circuit patterns of an inner layer circuit board 1. Coordinate positions of respective hole marks 1b are settled before an outer layer material is laminated according to the same X-Y coordinates as those of those patterns 8a, 8b. Next spot facing is performed from both sides of upper and lower portions forming patterns 8a, 8b to make a portion of bars penetrative optically and information of the X-Y coordinate information is read out by optical penetrating image of the bars to bring out a shift with the X-Y coordinate system which becomes positioning reference on the surface of an outer layer metal foil 5, and positions of hole marks are detected.
