PURPOSE:To analyze data accurately and to prevent vain printing of printing paper by holding fixedly driving data stored in order every prescribed period with the manual operation and enabling to print the driving data within a prescribed time including a point of its lock time only when a vehicle is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A pulse from a vehicle velocity sensor part 12 is counted with a processing circuit part 14 and renewed with the prescribed period and stored along with the data of a timing part 26 in the storage part 18. Further, the operation of a lock switch part 22 is detected with a lock detecting part 24 and the output to the storage part 18 from the circuit part 14 is stopped and the data within the prescribed time are held fixedly in the storage part 18 making its lock time a reference point. Then, vehicle velocity data of the storage part 18 and the times corresponding to these data can be printed in a printer 32 by operating a print switch part 30 and the vehicle stoppage is detected with a vehicle body information detecting part 34 and a stop signal is outputted to the circuit part 14 via an information processing part 36 and printed in the printer 32 only when its signal is outputted.
