PURPOSE:To provide the titled composite stabilizer which can retain whiteness of white polyurethane over a long period of time, by mixing an ultraviolet absorber, an antioxidant and a tert. phosphite. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet light absorber [e.g.2-(2'-hydroxy-5'-methylphenyl) benzotriazole], an antioxidant (e.g. a compd. of formula I or II) and a phosphite having a phosphorus content of 4-14wt% and formula II (wherein R1, R2, R3 are each alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, aralkyl) (e.g. triisodeey l phosphite or phenylisodecyl phosphite) are mixed together to obtain the desired composite stabilizer for polyurethane. The stabilizer is blended with the starting materials for polyurethane in such a quantity that the quantity of the phosphite accounts for 0.05-5wt% of that of polyurethane.
