PURPOSE:To reduce the assembling process of a dashboard by bonding a dashpanel body to a sheet panel simultaneously with the molding of an asphalt sheet. CONSTITUTION:At the state where an upper platen 6 is opened to a lower platen 5, a dashpanel body 3 is placed on receiving holders 8a, 8b, 8c and is fixed with positioning. Then, a flat plate like asphalt sheet 2 and a steel sheet panel 4 are successively placed thereon and are fixed with positioning. Next, the asphalt sheet 2 is, by press molds 10a, 10b, pressure molded into the shape coincident with the sheet panel 4 with said panel intervening therebetween by lowering the upper platen 6 to the lower platen 5-side. At this state as it is, the required positions S1, S2, S3 of the dashpanel body 3 and the sheet panel 4 are spot-welded, extending welding guns 9a, 9b, 9c.
