PURPOSE:To simplify a job for entry by showing the ON/OFF states of plural devices in numerical value and using this numerical value for setting input of ON/OFF states of those devices. CONSTITUTION:Output ports 5-7 latch the signals outputted from a CPU1 according to the time plans and supply the signals in the programs to a display device 9, monitor 10 and a control signal line 11. For instance, a state where devices D1-D3 and D5 are kept ON with other devices kept OFF among those eight devices is executed by a program. Under such conditions, the device 9 displays '23' together with marks corresponding to the devices D4-D3 and D5 turned on respectively on a monitor 10. Furthermore, the ON signals are outputted to the corresponding terminals d1-d3 and d5 of the line 11. While the OFF signals are outputted to other terminals d4 and d6-d8 respectively.
