PURPOSE:To vary the pressures of steam, sent to respective banks, automatically by operating solenoid valves by the temperature detection of a temperature detecting means without regulating the pressure of a reduction valve. CONSTITUTION:An electric signal is outputted from a transmitting means 22 by deciding a condition based on the detection of discharged air temperature, which is effected by the temperature detecting means 21 provided in the discharging duct 2 of a heating box 1, to open and close the solenoid valve 23 or the other solenoid valve 27. When the solenoid valve 23 is closed, the steam of 2kg/cm<2> is sent into the bank 10-2 automatically, and when the solenoid valve 27 is closed, the steam of 4kg/cm<2> is sent into the bank 10-2 and the bank 10-3 when the solenoid valves 23, 27 are closed simultaneously. On the other hand, when the solenoid valve 23 is opened, the steam of 4kg/cm<2> is sent into the bank 10-3 when the solenoid valve 27 is opened.
