PURPOSE:To reduce the size, to enhance the output and to simplify a supporting mechanism of an actuator by forming pole teeth on the inner periphery of an arcuate magnetic unit, disposing pole teeth group of different phases in a sector shape to form a movable element, and opposing them. CONSTITUTION:Pole teeth are formed at an equal interval on the inner periphery of an arcuate magnetic unit to form a stator 21. A movable element core 24 is disposed at the prescribed interval to the stator 21, a plurality of pole teeth group of different phases are provided at the outer peripheral side of the core 24, and windings 27 are respectively wound on the group. The core 24 and a position detector 28 are mounted on a movable element frame 23, and a bearing unit 22 is disposed at the arcuate center of the movable element so that the element can reciprocate laterally at an equal interval to the arcuate shape of the stator 21. |
