PURPOSE:To enable the direct winding of a secondary coil on a primary coil and thereby to make small impedance, size and weight, by preparing the primary coil by one-layer winding and the secondary coil by direct winding on an insulating substance covering the primary coil winding. CONSTITUTION:A primary coil winding 2 formed of a flat type copper wire is provided in the direction of forming a longitudinal rectangular cross section on a bobbin 1 of a primary coil, and thereby the primary coil is prepared by one-layer winding, not by lap winding. Next, insulating paper 3 is wound on the primary coil, a secondary coil winding 5 formed of a round copper wire is provided on said paper to prepare a secondary coil, and moreover insulating paper 6 is wound on the winding 5 to prepare a transformer coil. Since it suffices that the primary coil winding is formed only of one-layer winding, the winding element can be formed substantially in a true circle, and therefore the secondary coil winding formed normally by high-speed rotation winding can be provided directly on the primary coil. |
