PURPOSE:To improve cooling efficiency and insulation by etching to remove a burr and an alumite treatment after cutting both the ends of a coil wound with an aluminum foil conductive material and an interlayer insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A coil 10 is formed winding an aluminum foil conductive material 11 with an interlayer insulating material 12. A recession and a projection are reduced by cutting both the end surfaces of the coil 10 with a milling machine or a lathe. Since a burr is made on a cut surface by cutting with a machine, the whole coil is dipped in an aqueous solution of caustic soda for etching and the burr is removed. After deburring is finished, the solution is neutralized with a neutralizing liquid, a resin material is filled in the gap between the aluminum foil and the polyester insulating material in the process of vacuum deforming, etc. and dried and an alumite treatment is carried out especially on the end surface for an insulation treatment. |
