PURPOSE:To clean and to check easily the interior of a culture tank, and to carry out cultivation efficiently, by setting a drive magnet coupling to drive a subordinate magnet coupling in the main body of a culture tank on a top cover rotatably in the horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:The stirring shaft 9 to which the subordinate magnet coupling 3 is fixed is supported in the main body 1 of a culture tank through the bearing support 8 and the bearing 10. On the other hand, the drive magnet coupling 4 fixed to the shaft of the drive motor 5 with laying a slight interval between the coupling and the top cover 2 is arranged above the main body 1 opposing to the coupling 3, the motor 5 is rotatably fixed to the tip of the support arm 6 attached to the support shaft 7 locked to the main body 1. Consequently, the coupling 4 is driven, the stirring shaft 9 is rotated through the coupling 3, a culture solution is stirred and cultivated. On the other hand, when the main body 1 is washed or checked, the motor 5 is rotated through the support arm 6 to the outside of the cover 2, the top cover 2 is easily removed, and operation is carried out.
